Florence And The Machine Dog Days Are Over
Nicki Minaj and The Weeknd

Listen up, folks, because I'm only going to say this once:

There is going to be a musical collaboration between The Weeknd and Nicki Minaj coming in the near future, and this is what we know. Nicki Minaj posted this picture to Instagram with the caption: "Stay tuned". The photogap

Both of them put out records relatively recently (Nicki's Pinkprint and The Weeknd's Beauty Behind The Madness) so this one might be a buzz track coming our way soon. Neither of them are strangers to the odd buzz track. Nicki put out "Lookin' Ass" last year ahead of her Pinkprint album, but it did not make the final cut.

Now, Nicki and The Weeknd haven't always run in the same circles. The Weeknd has largely been regarded as slightly left of r&b culture, with his post-commercial culture 7 minute soundcloud tracks. But, as is the case with many rising stars, The Weeknd has done some key featurettes that would put him on Nicki's radar.

Firstly, The Weeknd is close with Nicki's now-ex boytoy, Drake, and Abel has a feature on her current boo, Meeky Milly's Dreams Worth More Than Money, album ("Pullin' up").

The pair have very different musical styles so this could potentially be a truly wild collaboration.

Here. For. It.
