We all have bad days. Some days worse than others. If you've ever found yourself in a funk that just wouldn't quit, here are 13 totally unserious (but very effective) suggestions for how to shake the blahs
1) Eat some chocolate. Right now.
2) Call the person you love most in this world and say, "I feel like sh*t today.Tell me the best joke you know."
3) Put on the very first episode of your favourite TV series.
4) Make (and drink!) a cup of tea. There are tons that can bust your bad mood.
5) Make a list of everything you're excited to do in the next 6 months.
6) Cook/bake something you've been craving.
7) Write down 10 things you love about yourself and would never change.
8) Watch a cartoon you loved as a kid.
9) Call your freaking mom. (Moms cure everything)
10) Light some candles and get in the bath.
12) Chew gum for exactly 19 minutes. Seriously.
13) Have a massive vent and then say these words: "F*ck it."
