Former My Chemical Romance guitarist Frank Iero has thanked fans for their support following a bus crash in Sydney last night (October 12th).
The Daily Mail reports that Frank and another man from his band Frank Iero And The Patience were loading their van when the bus collided with them, resulting in one man being airlifted to hospital and the other in an ambulance while a third man was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Sending love to @FrankIero and all his crew, and hoping everyone is okay— Zoe London (@zoelondondj) October 13, 2016
With such vague information available, fans reacted online to the news, expressing their support for the band.
Frank has now broken his silence to reassure his supporters on his Twitter feed that everything is ok:
Hi friends thanks all for the well wishes. we're pretty banged up but miraculously alive& in stable condition. I'm still in a state of shock— frnkiero (@FrankIero) October 13, 2016
Thankfully, all injured are now in a stable condition and look set to make a recovery.
